How far do you deliver the tipis?
We deliver our packages free of charge within a 30 km radius of Frépillon.
Beyond this area, a delivery fee of €0.65 per additional kilometer will apply.
What size are your mattresses?
How is the equipment maintained?
All equipment is disinfected after each use.
Bedding is washed with organic detergent to minimize the risk of allergies. Each mattress is protected with a mattress cover and stored in a sealed bag.
What precautions should be taken?
Eating inside the tipis and hanging anything from them is strictly prohibited. Please also ensure that the floor is clean before installation.
What level of comfort do the mattresses provide?
The mattresses are comfortable thanks to two levels of support.
The first level comes from the polyurethane foam and the side with the egg-shaped pattern.
The second level of comfort comes from the smooth side.
The mattress is medium-firm and has a thickness of 10 cm.
How much floor space should I allow for the tipi setup?
It is very important to measure your interior space to ensure you can fit all the mattresses before booking.
Each tipi occupies an area of 1.2 meters by 1.5 meters.
What are the delivery and pick-up times?
Night Package: Tipis are set up on the day of the event between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Equipment is collected the following day at 12:00 PM.
Afternoon Snack Package: Tipis are set up on the day of the event between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Equipment is collected the same day at 6:00 PM. Please note: mattresses are not included in this package.
What happens in case of damage?
For all equipment rental bookings, a deposit of €180 is required at the time of reservation.
To keep the equipment in excellent condition, we kindly ask that children do not eat or drink inside the tipis.
